1/ Our services

Empty pitches. Our empty pitches are ready to welcome your tent, caravan or camper van.

The cost of your stay is calculated from a base package including the pitch, the number of occupants, your type of accommodation, your car and your chosen access to campsite equipment, activities and sanitary facilities. Extra charges (extra occupant, extra vehicle, pets, electricity) not included in the base package are then added.

Holiday rentals

Our rates include occupants (based on the capacity of your chosen accommodation), water, gas, electricity, one vehicle, access to campsite equipment, activities and sanitary facilities.

Upon your departure, your accommodation must be returned as it was when you arrived, failing which a fee of 60 Euros will be requested.

A deposit of 300 Euros will be requested upon your arrival and returned when you leave, should no deterioration of any nature be noted during the departure inspection and inventory.

Rented accommodation is available as from 2pm on your day of arrival and must be released by midday on the day of your departure.

2/ Paying for your stay

Accepted payment methods

Cheque, ‘Chèques vacances’ holiday vouchers, cash, banker’s cards.

Payment modalities

All firm booking request from the purchaser must be made in writing and accompanied with a 30% deposit.

The balance is payable upon your arrival.

3/ Late arrival and/or early departure

Should you finally decide to arrive later and/or leave earlier than your reserved dates, the entire stay will remain payable and no reimbursement will be made for the day(s) of absence.

4/ Cancellation by the purchaser

Any cancellation must be notified in writing by registered post. Cancellation will take effect upon receipt of such written notice.

• More than 30 days prior to arrival, the booking fee is retained in full.
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is retained in full.
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival, the booking fee is retained in full and the entire rental fee is due.

5/ Visitors aged under 18

Visitors aged under 18, without an accompanying adult, may only be accepted upon presentation of a written certificate from their parents.

6/ Animals

Category 1 and 2 dogs are welcome if kept on a leash.

The animal’s health record must be presented upon arrival. Anti-rabies vaccinations and official identification are mandatory.

7/ Description of services

The general information published on our website is provided by the campsite for the purposes of information and may be subject to change throughout the season – it cannot, therefore, be considered as contractual.

The campsite guarantees that any such information is correct upon time of publication and is designed neither to mislead nor to deceive.
